Thank you for shopping with Scalping Club! Below is everything you need to know about how we ship your orders.


1. Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

  • Processing does not include weekends or holidays.

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order has been shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

United States 3–7 business days (after shipping)
International 7–21 business days

Note: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to customs, weather, or carrier issues.


3. Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


4. Shipping Carriers

We partner with major carriers like USPS, UPS, and DHL, depending on your location and the shipping method chosen at checkout.


5. Incorrect Shipping Information

  • Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order.

  • If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we’ll contact you to arrange re-shipment at your expense.


6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Scalping Club is not responsible for lost or stolen packages after they are marked as delivered. If you believe your package was lost or stolen, contact the carrier directly to file a claim.


7. International Shipping

  • Customs fees, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the buyer.

  • We are not liable for delays due to customs processing.
