Shipping Policy

We ship orders Monday through Friday. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

Processing Time:
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing before shipping.

Shipping Methods & Time:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days via USPS or UPS

  • International: 7–21 business days (customs may delay delivery)

Shipping Fees:
Calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply to qualifying orders.

Lost or Stolen Packages:
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered. If your package is lost in transit, contact us and we will do our best to assist.

Address Issues:
Please double-check your address. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect information, we may charge a reship fee.
